Bizzy B's Logo
Overview
Bizzy B’s is a parent and toddler group for under-4s based in the Old Trafford area of Manchester. When Charlotte took over running the group, she wanted a refreshed visual identity, something easy for new parents to recognise while still being familiar to the existing community.
Process
To keep continuity, I retained the group’s core yellow and black colour palette and bee symbol, but gave them a modern, friendlier twist. I developed a range of logo options with varying styles, exploring how the bee could be represented in a way that felt both playful and professional. Once the final logo was chosen, I extended the identity into flyers, posters, and social media graphics, ensuring the brand could be applied consistently across different touchpoints.
Challenges
Balancing Old and New: The rebrand needed to attract new parents without alienating the existing community who already knew Bizzy B’s.
Playful but Professional: The identity had to appeal to parents of toddlers while still feeling trustworthy and well put together.
Versatility Across Platforms: The new look had to work equally well in print (posters and flyers) and digital formats (social media).
Results
The updated identity gave Bizzy B’s a bright, approachable, and recognisable brand. With the new logo and consistent visuals, the group has been able to advertise more effectively across both social media and printed materials, making it easier to connect with parents in their community while standing out with a clear, confident identity.
