Britannia hotels conference brochure

Overview

Britannia Hotels needed a brochure to promote conference facilities at their individual properties. The design had to work as a flexible template, adaptable across multiple hotels while still keeping a professional, cohesive look.

Process

I created a brochure system with a variety of page layouts to accommodate both imagery and text. This gave each hotel the flexibility to showcase its own facilities and spaces while maintaining a consistent brand presentation. The layouts balanced clean typography with space for strong photography, ensuring the brochures felt both informative and visually engaging.

Challenges
  1. Template Flexibility: The design had to work across many hotels with different content needs, so page layouts needed to be versatile yet consistent.

  2. Balancing Brand and Individuality: Each property needed room to highlight its unique features, while still aligning with the overall Britannia Hotels identity.

  3. Content Variation: Some hotels had more imagery than others, so the design had to look polished whether pages were text-heavy or image-led.

Results

The final brochure template gave Britannia Hotels a professional, reusable asset that could be quickly adapted for different locations. Each hotel was able to showcase its conference offering in a way that felt tailored yet unmistakably part of the Britannia brand.
